Antin, Ehrlich & Epstein, LLP is a New York City personal injury firm. We represent people and families in serious injury and wrongful death cases across the five boroughs, Long Island, and the Hudson Valley. The firm has been in continuous practice since 1989.

Our work is concentrated in catastrophic-injury trial practice: motor vehicle collisions, construction and Labor Law 240 cases, medical malpractice, premises liability, wrongful death, and related claims. The firm is known for taking cases to verdict when the facts and the offer warrant it, and for the depth of our record in New York's trial courts.

Engagement Terms

We handle personal injury matters on a contingency-fee basis. Initial case evaluations are provided at no cost and with no obligation. Our fee is paid only from a recovery. Disbursements and costs are advanced by the firm and reimbursed from the recovery under New York's contingency-fee rules. Healing is your job. The fight is ours.
