About the Firm

Antin, Ehrlich & Epstein, LLP

A New York personal injury practice. Founded 1989. $250M+ recovered for injured New Yorkers.

The Firm

Antin, Ehrlich & Epstein, LLP is a New York City personal injury law firm. We represent people and families in serious injury and wrongful death cases across the five boroughs, Long Island, and the Hudson Valley. The firm has been in continuous practice since 1989.

Our work is concentrated in catastrophic-injury trial practice: motor vehicle collisions, construction and Labor Law 240 cases, medical malpractice, premises liability, wrongful death, and related claims. The firm is known for taking cases to verdict when the facts and the offer warrant it, and for the depth of our record in New York's trial courts.

Our Approach

We prepare every case as a trial case. That means early investigation, preserved evidence, expert development on the facts, and a pleading and discovery record built for a jury. Most cases resolve before a verdict. The ones that do resolve well, resolve because the defense understood what the record would look like in front of a Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Staten Island, Nassau, Suffolk, or Westchester jury.

Clients work directly with the attorney handling their case. Calls are returned, status is explained, and strategic decisions are made with the client, not around them.

History

The firm was founded in 1989. Over the following decades, it has grown into a senior New York personal injury practice with a record of seven- and eight-figure verdicts and settlements, an active trial docket, and long-standing relationships with the physicians, biomechanics, vocational economists, and accident reconstructionists who support complex injury cases.

We have recovered in excess of $250 million for our clients. That figure reflects thirty-five years of contested work against commercial insurers, self-insured municipalities, hospital systems, and major corporate defendants.
