This medical malpractice action involved the misdiagnosis of a young man as merely suffering a "black eye" afer being  assaulted, when it turned out that he had actually suffered a traumautic brain injury.  Unfortunately, the hopital and emergency room physicians failed to conduct a complete, comprehensive physical examination of the plaintiff.

In this motor vehicle accident case, the plaintiff, while a passenger on a crowded New York City bus which was traveling southbound 5th Avenue  during rush hour traffic suffered a right ankle fracture requiring surgery when the bus driver jammed on the brakes abruptly, causing another passenger to fall on the plaintiff’s ankle.
