Construction Accident- $1,500,000 Settlement for Worker Injured from Fall at Worksite

A construction worker who erected a wooden plank on a construction site so that he could get from one side of a building that was being worked on to the other without having to walk all the way around it. He fell off the plank and suffered a traumatic brain injury as a result of the fall.

Despite defendants' argument that the accident was solely the worker's fault, the lawyers at Antin, Ehrlich & Epstein were able to obtain a $1,500,000 personal injury settlement for the injured construction worker.
